Wild Rice's Young & Wild Programme

Being part of Young & Wild was a transformative experience for me as an actor. Over the course of 10 months, I trained under the incredible Edith Podesta, learning techniques like European Naturalism, Viewpoints, and Laban, all while collaborating with both local and international theatre professionals.

The programme is intense, with weekly sessions diving deep into the craft of stage and screen acting. What sets Young & Wild apart is the opportunity to truly understand how a professional theatre company operates—from creating work to engaging with audiences. The experience culminates in a full showcase, where we performed in Wild Rice’s season.
